91,000 euro-pallet spaces and 45,000 m² of system space are available to you at the Darmstadt and Biebesheim locations for the storage and order picking of your products. The equipment of our warehouses meets all requirements for GDP-compliant warehousing. High-quality technical equipment, validated IT systems and trained personnel guarantee appropriate storage and optimum material flow.
Our warehouse equipment is especially designed to meet the high demands of the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In the area of storage of substances hazardous to water, we are able to store substances of Class 1- 3. Efficient heating and air-conditioning technology ensures a storage temperature of +15 to +25 degrees Celsius and +2 to +8 degrees Celsius in all storage areas. Compliance with the required temperatures is controlled and documented around the clock by a computer-supported, validated temperature monitoring system.
The safe storage of your products is particularly important to us. All storage areas of the logistics center are therefore equipped with fire protection systems, such as sprinkler and fire alarm systems. All entrances and exits are permanently monitored against unauthorized access by an access control system and a burglar alarm system. In addition, there are control trips and corridors through a security company.
We have been using pick-by-voice picking since 2004. This ensures high-quality and efficient order processing. On customer request, however, we also work on the respective customer systems that are made available. Orders that reach us by 12:00 noon are usually completed and loaded on the same day. As far as order picking is concerned, it should also be mentioned that LOGOSYS can ensure legally prescribed batch traceability at any time via the validated EDP system, reliably and quickly. We support our customers in their function as pharmaceutical entrepreneurs in the regulatory and practical implementation of a recall.
Naturally, return service is also part of our service portfolio. We take over the collection of the consignments, the condition check according to defined criteria, the release by our pharmacist in his function as quality manager and the subsequent return to the stock or the proper destruction of the products. Also worth mentioning in this context is the attached complaints management, i.e. the entry of the reasons for the complaints in corresponding reports and the creation of credit vouchers for the respective customers.
