In many companies handling returns is a tiresome job. In the pharmaceutical business more than any other, dealing with returned medicines responsibly and carefully is an important part of the supply chain. LOGOSYS handles the complete management of returns, clarifies all complaints, and carries out all the associated tasks:
- recording the returns received
- temporary storage of the goods in a warehouse with restricted access
- checking the condition of returns arriving
- assessment according to criteria determined with our customers on an individual basis
- release of goods in perfect condition by our quality management and their return to the picking warehouse, or disposal/destruction of defective goods in accordance with the GMP Directive
- complaints management (e.g. issuing credit notes to customers and posting stock entries)
