As required by law, LOGOSYS ensures batch traceability. As soon as a batch recall is requested by the customer, LOGOSYS takes stock of the situation in relation to the product in question. The amounts supplied, the quantities still in stock, and the numbers of items dispatched from the particular batch of medication have to be balanced, and must add up. Then the addresses to which the items were delivered are printed out from the validated EDP system. We support you as a pharmaceutical business by working as agreed and fast in the regulatory and practical aspects of carrying out a recall.
