One-stop all-round service
Conducting response mailings for physician samples involves a whole series of different tasks. The team at LOGOSYS PKL Service is ready to help you in any way they can with all operating and logistical aspects.
Production of physician samples
With our manufacturing permit under Section 13 of the German Drug Law (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG) we label your medicines as physician samples in accordance with GMP using inkjet printing; it is all done and documented according to the regulations.
Printing and letter shop
In co-operation with a company that has been our partner for many years, we organise the printing of your mailings and their dispatch to your target group. Of course they are personalised and printed in high quality.
Recording the responses
We have a fax multiplexer for receiving the responses. We will be happy to set up a cost-free fax number for your customers' replies. Incoming orders are immediately recorded in a database.
Dispatching samples
As soon as the orders arrive by fax, our staff pack the physician samples ordered ready for dispatch in accordance with your requirements, and the samples are sent out.
Monitoring and evaluation
Upon request our team will also do the monitoring, i.e. checking to see whether the process complies with the regulations on the issue of drug samples in Section 47(4) of the German Drug Law. Furthermore, we can also provide support for statistical evaluation.
